Family rooms consist of of 2 separate beds for the children and 1 double bed for the parents. The children's sleeping area is separate from the parents' section by a sliding door. They are delightfully decorated and very well furnished and designed to cater for families with young children. The Family Room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 yrs old. Guests are offered: - a welcome drink upon arrival - 1 bottle of wine and mineral water - free use of the gym and sauna - free use of sun loungers, umbrellas and beach towels.

The hotel is matured one with a beautiful garden in one part of the territory. Beach is long, partially stone and sand. A lot of offers for food and entertainment possibilities at the premisses. Staff is going above and beyond to make the guest stay perfect. We really appreciate that! Love you guys! The hotel was full and we got an upgrade from sea view room which was unavailable any more to a bungalow which I loved. Air conditioners worked well and quiet. Beds were comfy. There are shops, restaurant, car rentals etc. right outside on the street. And we loved to go to the Rethymna old town which is just 6km away.

Room service and cleanliness were great. The staff was always very helpful and accommodating. There is pretty much anything you want within the hotel premises. You don't miss anything. Parking is available and covered. There is a great variety of food, especially local food options are available. Even if you go to eat a small portion, you end up eating much more in the buffet or taverna. A la carte options are also really nice.
